I received a Masters of Arts in Clinical Psychology with a marriage and family specialization from The Chicago School of Professional Psychology. I obtained a Bachelors of Arts in Psychology from California State University of Long Beach. I have been practicing in the state of California since 2012 and I became a Licensed MFT (LMFT 90253) in 2015 . I am currently working on my Doctorate in Clinical Psychology. I work with children, teens, individuals, and families.
I operate from a Gestalt/Humanistic model engaging empathy and reflective listening, as a means to facilitate insight and sharing. My background in Marriage and Family Therapy helps me to guide clients through the process of therapy. I utilize an integrative approach which helps me to serve a diverse set of client needs. I have experience working in trauma utilizing cognitive behavioral interventions.
